I find this article really interresting as it is about customers loyalty and hotels chains technics to earn loyalty.

Effectively it is more and more difficult to earn loyalty. That's why hotels chain have to offer nights, make special package, give free internet. What is important to know with this article is that such as hoteliers we have to create differents actions and to have differents ways to attracts customers even if it cost them.
For exemple internet free of charges, some free nights .. Hoteliers have to know how loosing money to win more latter.

But what we could ask is how to do when all the hoteliers will offer the same products to earn loyalty?
